Recessions are not entirely bad.  Huntington Trail has received new bids for resurfacing our streets that are substantially lower than we received two years ago.  We have sufficient funds in our reserve account to cover the resurfacing.  If the Board is successful in negotiating a contract, we will keep you informed in the coming weeks on repair details and disruptions that will occur while repairs are made.

The fountain in the entry pond at the corner of Green Springs and Huntington Lane has been replaced & working beautifully.

Now that spring is around the corner. It is time to clean out all of the dead debris in our yards. Let’s get our neighborhood looking "springtime green".

The ratty oleanders along Huntington Trails have been removed by Huntington Estates and are being replaced by viburnum. Irrigation is being included in this upgrade.
