In April 2017, Huntington Trails successfully completed the merger of its former three entities. Our updated Home Owner Association Documents known as
the “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions” have been recorded with the County.
There were no changes in the actual operation of the HOA resulting from this action.
